StaffData/StaffCovidVaccination

Information on COVID-19 vaccination received by CDCR staff, administered by or reported to CDCR from the beginning of the pandemic to the present. Data include vaccinations received in the community when logged in the California Immunization Registry and when the staff member gave permission for the registry data to be shared with other agencies.

Anonymized signed integer ID value for the staff member, consistent across all data in the same upload.

Institution

The name of the prison where the vaccination was administered. If the vaccination was administered at a site other than a prison, this value shows as "Other". Note that this may or may not be the institution where the staff member works.

VaccinationOfferedDate

Date vaccination offered. In cases where a vaccine was offered but the offered date is unknown, value is NULL. Due to data entry errors, VaccinationOfferedDate may not always be correct.
