CollectionDate

Collection date of diagnostic test. In cases where more than one test is collected on the same day, positive tests are picked first, then negative tests, then indeterminate tests. If a tie remains, the last test result that day will be picked. Note: In some cases, the test result is reported by the employee and test collection date is not known. In these cases, the date CDCR was informed by the employee is used as the test collection date.
